What is Time out?
Time out is a retreat, an opportunity to take some distance.
A retreat is about feeling yourself again and about taking time to observe and embrace your feelings and thoughts as they are. You are the focus; you give yourself time and attention.
In a safe environment you spend your days in different structures of self observation and reflection.
Through gentle exercises, body awareness techniques, active and passive meditations, healthy diet and a lot of silence we create a space that allows you to deeply relax.
Who’s a retreat for?
Time Out is for people whose daily life is very demanding - work wise, family wise or personally. It is for people who are in need of a total break, who long for silence, for not having to be someone, for not having to react to anything. It is for people who want to get away from the constant demands of life, to orientate themselves and to break habits.
It is for people who want to treat themselves to a time and space where they don’t have to take any decisions, where they don’t get judged and don’t have to judge anybody.

You experience a time when you can take some distance unburdened by all your everyday concerns and worries. Through this break, with renewed energy and a new self-conception you can encounter life in a much more powerful and alive way and adjust it to your needs and priorities. Everybody needs time for themselves, to refuel, to center, to step out of the automatism of life and to create it in a more happy and fulfilling way…
Requirements for joining a retreat
