During this time you need  capable and professional help to guide you on your individual journey. Someone who helps you to get an overview and to share your guilt, fears and hopes with.

Coaching mediates between different areas of life, for example:

Sharing in group sessions

For some people it is helpful to experience themselves and their process through connecting, working and exchanging ideas with others.
These groups are self-contained and therefore provide a safe space for personal discoveries. The precondition for being part of a group like this is at least one individual coaching session.

Personal or Group Coaching sessions are neither medical nor therapeutic treatment and don’t replace them. You accept full responsibility for your participation.
